For listeners, Winamp provides a unique player experience with direct artist connections, podcasts, radio, and more, all in one place.To support this vision, we are looking for a highly motivated and creative Senior Revenue Manager to join our team.Your RoleAs Revenue Manager for Winamp, you will be responsible for defining and leading the revenue strategy for Winamp’s products, including the Winamp for Creators platform. You’ll work closely with different teams to drive revenue growth, creator acquisition, and retention, with a strong data-driven mindset. You’ll set the strategic direction, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and guide the Marketing and Sales teams focused on Winamp to deliver high-impact results. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role with the opportunity to shape the future of Winamp.What You’ll DoDefine and execute the global growth and revenue strategy to support our ambitious scaling goals and sales targets.Challenge and collaborate with the Marketing Manager (content, email, social, campaigns) and the Growth Manager (paid acquisition, tracking, experimentation).Own the performance marketing vision across paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc).Define and implement different upselling and cross-selling strategies.Manage direct sales relationships with major labels and high-profile artists.Monitor and optimize key KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, conversion rate) across the entire funnel.Lead cross-functional projects with Product, Data, and Design to unlock growth opportunities and optimize the user journey on Winamp for Creators platformEnsure structured testing frameworks (A/B tests, multivariate tests, audience segmentation) are in place to continuously improve performance.Collaborate on the creation of high-performing ad creatives and provide input on brand and messaging strategy.Supervise the development of dashboards and reporting tools to monitor results, identify trends, and support decision-making.Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new growth levers and emerging platforms relevant to the music streaming and creator economy.Who You Are5+ years of experience in sales and revenue generation, with strong expertise in go-to-market strategy and SaaS environments.Proven ability to design and implement comprehensive revenue generation strategies.Data-driven and results-oriented, with the capacity to balance rapid experimentation and long-term strategic vision.Strong communication skills, able to translate complex data and ideas into clear, actionable insights.Natural leadership mindset: passionate about guiding teams, fostering collaboration, and driving performance.Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable thriving in fast-paced environments with high expectations.Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative, disruptive ideas.Fluent in English; proficiency in French is an asset.Nice to HaveKnowledge of email marketing and CRM tools (e.g. Odoo).Previous experience in the music industry or creator economy.What We OfferA full-time, permanent contract in a music tech companyAn opportunity to shape the future of the music industry and artist engagementA dynamic, young, and passionate teamA competitive salary and benefits packageHybrid work setup : 2 days remote, 3 days in our Brussels officeIf you are ready to take on a challenge and help Winamp scale its revenue and empower creators worldwide, we want to hear from you Apply now and become a key player in the next chapter of Winamp’s journey 🎵
