Job Description: As a Production Engineer in the life sciences sector, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and improving production efficiency. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance product quality and operational performance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and optimize manufacturing processes in compliance with GMP and other regulatory standards. Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental regulations. Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and production teams to enhance efficiency. Monitor and analyze production performance metrics. Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving for production-related issues. Support validation and qualification of equipment and processes. Provide technical expertise and recommendations for continuous improvement. Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field). Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production engineering role within the life sciences sector. Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and manufacturing best practices. Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.). Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and regulated environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a plus.
