Wil jij als Continuous Improvement Manager een sleutelrol spelen in het optimaliseren van productieprocessen binnen een internationale, technische omgeving? Dan is dit jouw kans Jouw uitdaging Als Continuous Improvement Manager maak je deel uit van het managementteam en werk je nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en regio's. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het strategisch uitrollen en bevorderen van Continuous Improvement om topresultaten te behalen op het gebied van veiligheid, klanttevredenheid, kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid en financiële prestaties. Leiden en faciliteren van continu verbeterinitiatieven binnen alle productieafdelingen. Analyseren van de productiesite via Value Stream Mapping en ontwikkelen van een Value Stream Roadmap. Opleiden, coachen en begeleiden van teams in Lean en Six Sigma-methodologieën. Opvolgen en optimaliseren van de Lean Daily Management-structuur en Gemba-walks. Organiseren en begeleiden van meerdere Kaizen-events binnen de fabriek. Beheren van de Kaizen-roadmap en de opvolging van verbeterinitiatieven. Uitdagen en vernieuwen van bestaande processen als change agent. Leiderschap tonen in de cultuurverandering en initiatieven implementeren. Aansturen van het Best Methods-team (2 teamleads en 8-10 medewerkers) die zich richten op verbeterprojecten. Verantwoordelijkheid voor plant engineering, inclusief faciliteitenbeheer en samenwerking met de Plant Supervisor. Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Technology of een gelijkaardige richting. Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in Lean leadership binnen een productieomgeving. Ervaring met technisch complexe producten en operationele processen. Diepgaande kennis van culturele aspecten binnen Lean-implementaties. Vloeiende communicatie in Nederlands en Engels. Ervaring als people manager met een motiverende leiderschapsstijl. Sterke analytische skills en hands-on mentaliteit. Master Black Belt in Lean of andere geavanceerde certificeringen zijn een plus.
