FunctieomschrijvingVervoeg de teams van bij onze klant, Europese leider in multitechnische dienstverlening, die innovatieve oplossingen biedt op het gebied van technisch onderhoud en installatie. Je gaat aan de slag als Project Manager in onze divisie Building Projects, gevestigd in Brussel. Deze afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor de supervisie van elektrische installatieprojecten in midden- en laagspanning, evenals elektronische beveiliging, voor onze klanten in de tertiaire sector (waaronder ziekenhuizen, kantoorgebouwen en rusthuizen). De teams zijn aanwezig op de meest uiteenlopende en veeleisende werven in heel België.Wat je doet: Jouw belangrijkste taak is ervoor te zorgen dat soepel verlopen, terwijl de klanttevredenheid en de naleving van veiligheid- & kwaliteitsnormen gegarandeerd worden. Je coördineert en begeleidt projecten van ontwerp tot oplevering. Daarbij zorg je voor een goede samenwerking tussen alle betrokken partijen en bewaak je planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je coördineert en communiceert met volgende teams, zodat een vlotte samenwerking op poten komt te staan: ontwerp- & implementatieteam uitvoerende teams op de werven site managers & safety officers Je maakt offertes op, bepaalt samen met de Site Manager de juiste middelen en teams, en bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werf. Je volgt de voortgang nauw op, rapporteert aan je leidinggevenden en ziet erop toe dat klanten tevreden zijn en hun verwachtingen worden overtroffen. Functie-eisenWat breng je mee? Een bachelordiploma in elektriciteit of elektromechanica. Eerste ervaring in projectbeheer of een gelijkaardige technische omgeving. Zelfstandigheid, flexibiliteit en oog voor samenwerking.
