This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of framework contracts through accurate invoicing, reporting, and operational follow-up.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and validate supplier invoices in compliance with contractual terms and internal proceduresAssist in preparing client reports and issuing invoices for consultancy servicesMonitor consultant timesheets for accuracy, completeness, and timely submissionCollaborate with Project Managers and Finance teams to track project profitability and financial performanceOrganize and prepare documentation for project closures and auditsMaintain accurate records using internal dashboards and project tracking toolsCreate and format professional presentations and internal reports (e.g., PowerPoint)Support recruitment processes by coordinating candidate screening, interview scheduling, and documentation managementYour ProfileProficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Deltek, SAP) is a plusFluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of French is an assetStrong attention to detail and analytical mindsetHighly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesExperience or interest in recruitment coordination or HR support is a necessaryA proactive team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independentlyFast learner, eager to develop new skills and take on responsibilitiesComfortable working with cross-functional teams (finance, procurement, recruitment, contracts)Familiarity with the European Institutions and framework contracts is a strong advantageMinimum 3 years of experience in administrative, financial, or project support roles
