Door jouwjuridische bijstand ondersteun je Belfius Financial Markets (FM) en help je mee aan de verdere uitbouw van onze Marktenzaalactiviteiten in lijn met onze filosofie “Meaningful and Inspiring for Belgian society. Together”.De job in een notendop Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor juridische ondersteuning binnen het team Legal Treasury & Financial Markets. Je belangrijkste taak is het opstellen van juridische adviezen voor FM en haar operationele diensten, opstellen, nazien en onderhandelen van FM gerelateerde contracten, emissieprogramma’s en uitgiftedocumentatie, juridische ondersteuning bieden bij de ontwikkeling van op maat gemaakte FM producten alsook opvolging van evoluties en wijzigingen in de financiële regelgeving. Je team bestaat uit bedrijfsjuristen en juridisch adviseurs en jouw rol hierin is dit team te versterken en ondersteunen tijdens de stage. Je komt ook in contact met andere afdelingen waarmee nauw samengewerkt wordt. Een typische werkdag ziet er als volgt uit: deelname aan (conference) calls en meetings (intern en extern), voorbereiden van adviezen en memo’s, verrichten van juridische opzoekingen, enz..Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent: Die binnenkort een diploma Master in de Rechten zal behalen Je scoort extra met: Taalkennis (Nederlands/Frans/Engels) Uitgesproken interesse in financieel recht en de werking van de financiële markten Belfius koestert zijn talenten Wij bieden jou: Een stage (min. 6 weken) in de periode oktober 2025 – juni 2026.
