Job Summary Als Continuous Improvement Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bouwen, aansturen en ontwikkelen van het Continuous Improvement & Learning team. Je speelt een centrale rol in de implementatie van het Manufacturing Excellence systeem, en in het begeleiden van verbeterprojecten die bijdragen aan veiligheid, kwaliteit, levering, kostenefficiëntie, talentontwikkeling en welzijn. Je vertaalt strategische doelstellingen naar tastbare verbeterinitiatieven, en helpt zo onze organisatie duurzaam te groeien. Deze rol rapporteert aan de Plant Manager.Job Responsibilities Master in Engineering, bij voorkeur met een elektromechanische achtergrond. Gecertificeerd Six Sigma Black Belt is een must, Master Black Belt is een plus. Gepassioneerde Lean Expert met bewezen ervaring in het realiseren van operationele excellentie. Sterke self-starter met een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Teamspeler met uitstekende communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden. Bewezen ervaring in het opzetten en implementeren van Excellence systemen binnen Operations en Engineering. Overtuigende communicator, in staat om te beïnvloeden op alle niveaus van de organisatie. Inspirerende leider met coaching skills en people management-ervaring. Aantoonbare ervaring in het begeleiden van organisatieveranderingen binnen Operations. Sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden en het vermogen om meerdere initiatieven tegelijk te beheren. Vloeiend in Nederlands én Engels.
