Pour l'un de ses clients, Robert Half est à la recherche urgente d'un Sales Support Coordinator (H/F/X) parlant le français et l'anglais pour une mission d'intérim en vue d'engagement.

Notre client est situé dans la région de Louvain-la-Neuve.

En tant que Sales Support Coordinator (H/F/X) vous jouerez un rôle essentiel en garantissant la fluidité des projets, missions et contrats de support. Vos responsabilités principales incluent :

  • vous gérez la facturation des clients pour les services et les logiciels, vous vous occupez de la facturation entre les sociétés affiliées et vous soutenez l'administration de la maintenance des produits ;
  • vous supervisez les données des clients et des fournisseurs, vous gérez l'enregistrement du temps et les feuilles de frais ;
  • vous enregistrez et gérez les contrats dans l'ERP, vous effectuez des contrôles de conformité et vous gérez le processus d'indexation ;
  • vous organisez et maintenez les contrats, les bons de commande et les factures ;
  • vous aidez durant les périodes de clôture comptable et gérez la facturation interne ;
  • vous gérez l'enregistrement des heures et les feuilles de saisie des services ;
  • vous enregistrez les bons de commande pour les processus de sous-traitance ;
  • vous adaptez les CV aux offres des clients, vous assurez la maintenance de la base de données, vous fournissez un soutien administratif général à la plateforme et au département des opérations.

Notre client recherche un Sales Support Coordinator (H/F/X) disposant des qualifications suivantes :

  • Expertise prouvée dans l'administration client au sein d'une société de services ou dans un rôle de support commercial.
  • Souci du détail et organisation : Attention exceptionnelle aux détails, capacité à organiser des tâches complexes.
  • Esprit d'équipe : Compétences solides en collaboration au sein d'une équipe, engagement à soutenir les coéquipiers et à respecter les délais.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
  • Capacité à lire et comprendre le néerlandais.
  • Maîtrise de MS Office et/ou d'un logiciel ERP ; l'expérience de SAP étant un atout.
