We’re seeking a motivated leader, whether new to management or bringing prior experience, who can guide a small, high-performing technical team while actively contributing to product development and roadmap planning. The ideal candidate is passionate about mentoring others, fostering both technical excellence and professional growth within the team. What You Will Accomplish:Drive delivery of impactful, customer-focused software in an Agile setting;Mentor team members and support their technical and career development; Shape team structure and processes to boost engagement and productivity;Encourage experimentation and continuous improvement across the team;Help attract and retain top engineering talent through thoughtful recruitment; Set direction on coding, testing, and architectural standards;Advocate for engineering best practices in planning and execution; Help the team understand how their work fits into the bigger picture; Collaborate on defining and evolving the technical product vision. What We Are Looking For:We’re looking for someone who checks off most, but not all, of the boxes listed in “skills and experiences”.
