Om onze logistieke afdeling te versterken met extra expertise, zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een "Senior Logistic Officer" voor ons kantoor in Antwerpen.De "Senior Logistic Officer" is voornamelijk verantwoordelijk voor het regelen en plannen van het transport van apparatuur, waarbij de service en de kosten voor goederen / koopwaar worden geoptimaliseerd. Dit is een individuele rol, die volledig autonoom voor meerdere landen wordt uitgevoerd. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het hele proces, van het lanceren van pickings, tot het factureren, het volgen van alle toepasselijke exportregels en voorschriften, het boeken van transport en het opvolgen tot de aankomst van de goederen in Afrika ; Toezicht houden op en coördineren van de verplaatsing van goederen of apparatuur inclusief de controles voorafgaand aan de levering en klanten op de hoogte houden van de voortgang ; Complexe exportdocumentatie voorbereiden en ervoor zorgen dat de apparatuur vóór verzending naar behoren is gecontroleerd op kwaliteit en conformiteit ; Problemen met import/export oplossen in nauwe samenwerking met klanten en verkoopteams ; Bepaal het meest kosteneffectieve transporttype en onderhandel met vervoerders om tijdige verzending naar klanten te garanderen ; Beoordelen van invoerrechten en tarieven voor zendingen en ervoor zorgen dat logistieke activiteiten voldoen aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving, suggesties doen om verzendprocessen te verbeteren of kosten te optimaliseren. Je hebt een diploma in Logistiek, Supply Chain of gelijkwaardig door ervaring; Eerdere ervaring in de behandeling van internationale zendingen ; In staat om te werken in ERP-systemen en Microsoft-programma's, voornamelijk Outlook en Excel ; Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands of Frans met een sterke beheersing van het Engels ; Kennis van Incoterms, kredietbrieven en transportdocumentatie ; Georganiseerdmet goed timemanagement, multi-tasking ; Goede probleemoplosser en het vermogen om te gaan met complexiteit ; Deadline-georiënteerd en in staat om onder druk te werken; Teamspeler enkostenbewust.
