Janssen Supply Group, part of the Johnson & Johnson family of companies, is currently hiring for a Product Owner, Supply Chain Analytics (SCAN) position. This position can be based in Raritan, NJ, Titusville, NJ, Horsham, PA, Beerse, BE, Cork, Ireland, or an approved Janssen site in the United States or Europe.

The Product Owner, Supply Chain Analytics (SCAN), defines the strategic vision and creates the product roadmap for the Supply Chain Analytics program that develops and deploys advanced analytics and artificial intelligence within the Smart Manufacturing Domain of Janssen Supply Chain. The Product Owner manages dependencies with other team’s functions while identifying, building, and managing strategic partnership across the different teams. He or she works closely within their team to ensure business value and user feedback is translated into new developments when necessary and is accountable for specific business KPIs

The position exists within an international, interdisciplinary environment supporting teams across the J&J product portfolio worldwide. Overall position will be accountable for up to 20 agile teams at different phases of the project lifecycle at any one time

Key responsibilities are as follows:

- Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the unit.
- End to end team output strategy from inception to production across multiple agile teams in the Smart manufacturing domain
- Works closely with Domain Owner to establish each product’s business value and support messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary
- Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products align within team strategy and requirements.
- Harmonize advanced analytics deployment within and the SCAN business processes in alignment with JSC digital strategy and data insights team
- Accountable for product specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders
- Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team. Align outward facing product requirements and stakeholders
- Integrates usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design
- Full budget ownership and responsibilities for SCAN related investments.
- Be responsible for understanding the technical intricacies of all infrastructure, data, analytics, and manufacturing processes utilized within the SCAN program.
- Analyzes and distills complex information, drawing out relevant insights and implications into succinct, easily understood plans and communication

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in an Engineering, Science, IT or other related field
- An advanced degree (MBA/Masters) is preferred

Required:

- A minimum of twelve (12) years of related experience is required, preferably within Supply Chain (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver)
- A minimum of five (5) years of people management experience
- Proven track record driving value with digital tools or advanced analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical supply chain
- Experience in global project/program management and broad business knowledge in the pharmaceutical supply chain
- Strong leadership skills.
- Understanding of standardization and workflow development concepts
- Being able to convey outputs from modeling studies clearly and concisely such that team members are well informed about modeling limitations and practical considerations around predicted and experimental data variability.
- Experience leading with teams in an agile setting, managing a backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up, etc.)
- Hands-on and consultative approach in leading and working with cross functional experts to deliver value and maximize business impact

Preferred:

- Experience in Operations Excellence/Lean/6-Sigma
- Hands on experience with process modeling and the underlying physical and chemical processes.

Other:

- May require up to 25% of domestic and international travel
