RESPONSIBILITIES**
You will be responsible for ICT procurement (hardware, software, outsourced services, professional services, etc.) and management within the organization as an ICT Procurement Specialist.
You will work as part of a procurement team and will report directly to the Procurement Coordinator.
The administration of the procurement process, from establishing operational needs to negotiating and awarding contracts to suppliers in the context of public and non-public procurement, will be one of your key tasks.
You will assist internal customers with their procurement processes and assist them in determining the most appropriate procurement strategy for their requirements.
You'll manage supplier connections to guarantee that contracts signed always satisfy the company's needs, not only to fulfill quality standards, delivery schedules, and general terms and conditions.
You will keep an eye on the market in order to enhance supplier referencing.
Within your procurement portfolio, you will analyze spending and provide recommendations for cost savings.
**Your Profile**
In addition to a bachelor's degree, you have a master's degree (economics, IT, etc.) or comparable experience.
You have at least three years of procurement experience, ideally in the ICT sector.
You're comfortable with the most common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.) and can quickly pick up new ICT technologies.
You speak Dutch and/or French fluently and have an excellent command of the English language (oral and written).
To interact with stakeholders, you have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills (both internal and external).
You are customer-focused, listen well, and adapt effectively to a variety of scenarios.
You have a critical mindset and an analytical and synthetic intellect.
You're quite good at planning and organizing things.
You want to provide high-quality services, and you're curious in new technologies.
You have a strong sense of ethics when it comes to shopping.
