Customs Specialist

Pfizer Logistics Center in Zaventem is het belangrijkste logistiek centrum van Pfizer wereldwijd. Het is de draaischijf voor twee derde van het wereldwijde productstromen van Pfizer.

Onze collega's zorgen er dagelijks voor dat de geneesmiddelen vanuit de verschillende productiesites zo snel en efficiënt mogelijk over de hele wereld worden gedistribueerd. Wij garanderen een correcte documentatie, met inachtneming van de talrijke procedures in verband met de (inter)nationale geneesmiddelenwetgeving, en wij coördineren de verzendingen, zowel nationaal als over zee, per spoor en door de lucht.

De Customs Specialist (Douane Specialist) is verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering en opvolging van alle douaneaangiften met betrekking tot de douanewetgeving. Dit omvat het opzetten en verzorgen van periodieke rapportage over douaneactiviteiten en het ondernemen van acties op basis van deze rapportage.

Verantwoordelijkheden:
Import- Opvolgen van inkomende zendingen- Coördineren van de import met expediteurs, tijdige en correcte importinstructies geven en leveringsplanning en/of klantenservice informeren- Indienen van accurate aangiften aan de autoriteiten- Verantwoordelijk voor de juiste uitvoering van speciale importdocumentatie en assisteren bij vragen van de douaneautoriteiten- Oplossen van geschillen/klachten die zijn ingediend- Feedback/informatie geven aan stakeholders met betrekking tot import- Zorgdragen voor het nauwkeurig onderhoud van SOP/WI'S- Samenwerken met externe stakeholders die het inbound/import proces ondersteunen

Export- Export coördineren met expediteurs, tijdige en correcte exportinstructies (EDIS) geven aan expediteurs- Zorgdragen voor een correcte en tijdige uitvoering van de uitvoeraangiften- Verantwoordelijk voor de correcte uitvoering van speciale exportdocumentatie en assisteren bij vragen van douaneautoriteiten- Tijdige en gepaste feedback geven aan douaneautoriteiten (GVC en/of GRM)- Zorgdragen voor het nauwkeurig onderhoud van SOP/WI'S- Verantwoordelijk voor het uitgeven van ATR-certificaten- Feedback/informatie geven aan stakeholders met betrekking tot export- Verantwoordelijk voor het verzenden van verklaringen van preferentiële oorsprong naar klantenservice- Samenwerken met externe stakeholders die het outbound/export ondersteunen

Reporting- Stock records dagelijks bijhouden- Periodieke voorraadcontroles van bonded goods- Verantwoordelijk voor de jaarafsluiting van de voorraadadministratie

Audit en Complinace- Tijdige en correcte input leveren voor alle auditverzoeken- De nodige acties ondernemen om compliant te werken- Processen goed documenteren in SOP'S en WI'S

Project Support en Continuous Improvement- Ondersteunen en deelnemen aan projecten die relevant zijn voor het team- Streven naar permanente verbetering van werkmethodes, door zich te houden aan OPEX

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Geen tijdverlies door ontbrekende of verkeerde douanedocumenten- Geen douane
- of andere boetes dankzij goede administratie- Correcte en tijdige belastingbetalingen aan gerechtelijke autoriteiten- Werken volgens relevante SOP's en WI's- Op tijd voltooien van alle vereiste trainingen

Jouw profiel:
- Bachelor of master in logistiek en/of supply chain management- Juist afgestudeerd of al een aantal jaar werkervaring- Heel goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels- Goede computervaardigheden (PLDA, NCTS, MS Office, SAP)
