**Job Description**:
**Your Role**
The Eurofiber fiber-optic infrastructure is vital to our customers, and any downtime can lead to significant economic and/or societal damage. As the planned work coordinator, you are responsible for developing, implementing, overseeing compliance, and continuously optimizing processes related to planned work on the Eurofiber network, enabling Eurofiber's continued growth and network operations without compromising existing customers. Clear communication, reliable execution, and mínimal impact on existing customers are key aspects of this role.
**Responsibilities**:
- You are responsible for analyzing the impact of planned works;
- Together with the change manager, you are responsible for evaluating and scheduling requests for network works in consultation with all relevant stakeholders;
- You are responsible for accurate and timely communication and information provision to customers regarding planned works;
- You are the point of contact for questions/remarks related to the planned work process;
- You monitor policies and processes related to planned works, ensuring continuous evaluation and optimization, and act as an advisor for improvement projects;
- You are an active member of the Change Advisory Board.
In this role, you report to the Service Assurance Manager.
**Qualifications**:
**Your Profile**
- You work and think at the bachelor's level or have at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a telecommunications environment;
- Knowledge and understanding of the telecommunications sector are a must;
- You are eager to learn and enthusiastic about new technologies;
- You have strong communication skills; you can express yourself excellently orally and in writing in Dutch, French, and English;
- Your professional, service-oriented, and structured work attitude ensures high customer satisfaction;
- You are accurate, detail-oriented, and analytical;
- Proactivity and stress resistance characterize you;
- You are willing to participate in a rotating duty management role;
- You are an ambassador of Eurofiber, both internally and externally to customers;
- You are willing to eventually join an on-call duty;
- You don't have a 'nine to five' mentality and are flexible in task fulfillment.
