Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative – Lisbon (On-site) Location: Lisbon, PortugalWork Model: On-siteStart Date: 8 January 2026 Working Hours Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PMDays Off: 2 rotational days Role Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience in Dutch. No previous experience is required. Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in DutchProvide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely mannerEnsure high levels of customer satisfactionDocument customer interactions according to internal proceduresCollaborate with internal teams when needed Requirements Dutch C2 level (mandatory)Good level of EnglishStrong communication and problem-solving skillsCustomer-oriented mindsetAvailability to work in rotational shifts Contract & Compensation Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (CDD) – 6 monthsBase Salary: 1,100 € per year (paid over 14 months)Performance Bonus: 135 € per year (14 months)Complexity Bonus: 120 € per year (11 months) Relocation Support Relocation support is available.
