At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a **Onboarding Manager** to join our UniQue team at Brussels.

**What will you be doing in this role?**
- Customer relationship management aiming at the adoption of digital solutions
- Creation of stakeholder maps or similar
- Creation of adoption dashboards and reports
- Overseeing the adoption journey of several types of stakeholders
- Gathering and prioritizing business requirements
- Monitoring the progress of the project implementation
- Identifying the services needed to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
- Autonomously turn program objectives into strategies, tasks and activities and oversee / contribute to their implementation
- Managing communications and defining strategies to increase results in line with defined adoption targets (from awareness to action)
- Creating and enforcing plans that help meet the needs of stakeholders
- Reporting to relevant structure

**Requirements**:
**What will you be bringing to the team?**
- Have at least a Master's degree
- Have at least 14 years of experience in IT, out of which 3 years in a similar position
- Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks
- Knowledge of Business-related procedures applicable in the Procurement field
- Excellent communication skills: excellent writing skills and proven experience in creating and providing presentations
- Experience in drafting, editing and reviewing web contents and user documentation related to information systems
- Knowledge of customer relationship management practices and tools
- Experience in the use of Atlassian collaborative tools (e.g., Confluence and Jira) and Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in change management related to the introduction of new information systems to end users
- Proficient with Project management tools and asset/content management system
- Knowledge of business process analysis
- Knowledge of project lifecycle management
- Good reporting skills Proficiency in English at C1 level
