A European association operating in the Technology industry is looking for an administrative clerk to support the growth of the organization.

you will play an important role, being responsible for the support of 2 teams.

You will be 50% responsible for the first team:

- Organizing in person meetings
- Sending out Outlook meeting invitations for meetings
- Helping with the logistics of the group meetings (meeting room bookings, prepare rooms, welcome participants, prepare/refill beverage and food, handle requests from participants
- Updating the members’ contact database and uploading of documents
- The daily upload of the position tracker and updates to the policy calendar.

50% responsible for the second team:

- managing meetings room bookings, prepare rooms, welcome visitors, prepare/refill beverage and food, handle requests from participants etc)
- Preparing our publications
- Posting mail (pick-up and hand out)

**Votre profil**:
We are looking to hire a driven and dynamic person with a first experience in admin and / or support functions.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in European institutions, industry, associations
- or consultancy, preferably in an international work environment.
- Excellent command of English, with strong proficiency in at least one other European language:

- preferably French and/or Dutch
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and clarity
- Effective team player
- proactive
- Demonstrated strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to multi-task in a structured and organized manner
- Pc Literate (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams )
