Voor onze vestiging te Mechelen zijn wij op zoek naar een Used Cars Coordinator.

Wat ga je precies doen?
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en logistiek van tweedehandsvoertuigen. Dit omvat o.a. het afsprakenbeheer en de organisatie van het transport tussen de sites binnen de groep alsook de opvolging van de herstellingen en carrosseriewerken.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitstraling (correcte ci/cd per merk, prijsfiches, typeplaten,) en de aansturing van de netheid van de tentoongestelde wagens. Hiervoor voer je op regelmatige tijdstippen controles uit om de kwaliteit van de tentoongestelde wagens te kunnen waarborgen (o.a. batterijcontrole, werking schuifdak, trekhaak,)
- Je zorgt voor kwaliteitsvolle foto’s en de publicatie van de tweedehandswagens op de online platformen. Hierbij controleer je eerst de staat van de voertuigen en hun kilometerstand en update je i.s.m. het management maandelijks de prijzen op de website.
- De administratieve opvolging van de leads en de status van de online verkoop van de wagens behoren ook tot jouw takenpakket
- Verder zorg je voor ondersteuning van het verkoopteam bij evenementen

Wat kan je?
- Heb je al ervaring in de automobielsector? Dan heb je zeker en vast een streepje voor.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk en kan autonoom werken en kan goed communiceren met collega’s en handelaars
- Je bent Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels
- Je bent vriendelijk, positief, stressbestendig en accuraat
- Je werkt ordelijk en nauwkeurig en volgt je dossiers correct op
- Eventuele evenementen in weekends schrikken je niet af
- Je hebt een proactieve houding en initiatief om de algemene resultaten van de onderneming mee te bevorderen.
- Computerkennis (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet) is een absolute must.
