**Job Title: Software Asset Manager**

**Location**: Remote (3 days per week)

**Experience Required**: 5 to 10 years in Software Asset Management (SAM)

**Languages**: Trilingual - English, French, and Dutch

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement software asset management policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain and optimize software licenses to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
- Manage software procurement, renewals, and audits.
- Work closely with IT, procurement, and finance teams to track software usage and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Use **ServiceNow or similar tools** to track software assets and generate reports.
- Provide support and guidance on **O365** licensing, usage, and optimization.
- Conduct periodic software audits and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve SAM processes and automation.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **5 to 10 years** of experience in Software Asset Management.
- In-depth knowledge of **O365 licensing and management**.
- Experience with **ServiceNow or similar software asset management tools**.
- Strong understanding of software licensing models and compliance requirements.
- Experience conducting software audits and managing vendor relationships.
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in **English, French, and Dutch**.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with ITIL processes.
- Familiarity with other software asset management tools.
- Knowledge of cloud-based licensing models.
