En tant que fournisseur de produits et de solutions de services pour les clients en laboratoire et en production, VWR International, filiale d'Avantor, recherche un Manager Opérationnel(le) de Laboratoire pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique en R&D à Braine-l'Alleud.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Vous êtes responsable pour la dissection et pour les cultures primaires.
- Vous aidez à l’aliquotage d’échantillons et réactifs.
- Vous travaillez sur des animaux.
- Vous devez réorganiser les stocks, optimiser les commandes et recevoir des consommables.
- Vous êtes responsable pour le réapprovisionnement des laboratoires en consommables.
- Vous devez suivre des commandes, informer les équipes des délais et chercher des alternatives.
- Vous êtes le point de contact pour la maintenance/défaillance/ajouts d’équipements, pour d’échantillons, l’inventaire, le relais biosécurité supplémentaire,
- Vous devez surveiller le nettoyage et/ou la planification des nettoyages : hottes, incubateurs, bain-marie,
- Vous êtes réactif/disponible pour les membres des équipes en cas de besoin.

**Votre profil**:

- Vous avez un diplôme de niveau Bachelier ou Master en sciences biologique.
- Vous avez de l’expérience dans un environnement pharmaceutique/ chimique/ hospitalier ou en gestion de laboratoire.
- Vous avez une connaissance des pratiques de laboratoire de base, la connaissance de la culture cellulaire est indispensable.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de MS Office.
- Vous êtes Bilingue Français et Anglais.
- Vous avez de la connaissance des règles de santé et de sécurité.
- Vous êtes respectueux des procédures et vous travaillez dans le respect de la sécurité.
- Vous êtes flexible et vous avez une bonne gestion du stress pour pouvoir face à des changements de priorités.
