**Technical Support Coordinator**
- In het kader van de opbouw van het fibernetwerk breidt Wyre de Technical Servco Care divisie verder uit met ondersteunende diensten._

**Jouw takenpakket**:
In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van zowel administratieve als technische dossiers voor de servco's, met als doel een volledige afhandeling binnen de vastgestelde servicelevels. Belangrijke taken zijn onder andere:

- Het kwalitatief afhandelen van adresaanvragen.
- Beantwoorden van vragen over het orderingproces.
- Administratieve opvolging van kabelaansluitingen, installatie
- en reparatieopdrachten.
- Offline oplossen van order
- en activeringsproblemen in Netcracker en andere Wyre-systemen, met ondersteuning van derde lijn IT of engineering indien nodig.
- Ondersteunen bij het volgen van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan het fibernetwerk.
- Voorstellen doen voor proces
- of systeemverbeteringen op basis van ervaring met het onderzoeken en oplossen van terugkerende problemen.
- Meewerken aan het testen van wijzigingen in wholesale processen of systeemaanpassingen, en het documenteren van de impact op bestaande procedures en bij betrokken centrale diensten.

**Onze perfecte Technical Support Coordinator**:

- Een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Grondige kennis van MS Office.
- Ervaring met bestaande Telenet-systemen (zoals Clarify, WFM, NINAS, ASAP) is een pluspunt.
- Klant
- en oplossingsgericht ingesteld.
- Communicatief sterk.
- Nauwkeurig en punctueel.
- Bereidheid om in shiften te werken.
