**Internship Position**:

- **Location**: Sint-Stevens-Woluwe (Brussels Area)
- **Duration**: 6 months
- **Start date**: at the earliest

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
This internship will include but will not be limited to:

- Identification of user domains, user groups, and individual potential users (organisations and individuals)
- Assessment of user needs and interests in interaction with potential users
- Transfer of user data or identification of users’ interests
- Transfer, adaptation, or development of algorithms on the processing platform
- Collaborate and contribute to the community-building activity
- Work on Interface with the development // integration team for the required customizations
- Support the transition from a pre-operational to an operational service (process and procedures).

**Skills and Experience**:

- Enrolled in a Master’s degree or a similar university program in Space Sciences, Remote Sensing
- Passionate about Earth Observation
- Experience with Earth Observation algorithm development and data processing
- Ability to take initiative, be flexible, and work collaboratively in a team
- Strength to self-disciplined, organized, and work ethic
- Passionate in a problem-solving approach
- Excellent written and spoken English.
