Voor één van onze klanten, een wereldspeler binnen de logistieke sector, zijn we op zoek naar een
**Learning & Development Officer **in
**Brucargo. **Ben jij de administratieve duizendpoot die dit HR-team wil vervoegen?

**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:

- Je doet de **dagelijkse verwerking** en **opvolging van de trainingen.**:

- Je plant en organiseert** interne en externe trainingen.**:

- Je doet de **administratieve verwerking** van alle afgelopen trainingen in de aangegeven database. Dit is cruciaal voor de interne
- & externe audits.
- Je controleert of alles **correct gefactureerd** is.
- Je maakt **afspraken met leveranciers **om hun **kwaliteit** te garanderen of om op zoek te gaan naar** nieuwe trainingsvormen.**:

- Je maakt jaarlijks de **sociale balans** op.
- Je vraagt subsidies aan bij het** Sociaal Fonds.**:

- Je gaat **maandelijks cijfers opleveren** aan finance over de trainingsuren.
- Je gaat nauw samenwerken met het **HR-team**, in kader van **Talent Development.**

**De vereiste kwalificaties zijn**:

- Je bent een **administratieve duizendpoot** en kan goed werken tegen** strakke deadlines.**:

- Je hebt een sterke talenkennis **(NL/FR/ENG).**:

- Je beschikt over een **gezonde dosis assertiviteit **in combinatie met geduld en diplomatie.
- Je stelt jezelf **flexibel** op t.o.v. de job (trainingen 's avonds of heel vroeg in de ochtend).
- Je kan goed **plannen en organiseren.**:

- Je bent **proactief**, met aandacht voor de uitdagingen van de dagelijkse operations en business.
