Als Learning & Development Officer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de administratie van het trainingsprogramma binnen het HR-team.

Taken:

- Dagelijks verwerken en opvolgen van opleidingen.
- Plannen en organiseren van interne en externe opleidingen.
- Administratieve verwerking van alle afgelopen trainingen in de training database.
- Maandelijks evalueren van afgelopen trainingen d.m.v. uitsturen & registeren van evaluatie documenten.
- Controleren van correcte facturatie.
- Afspraken maken met leveranciers om hun kwaliteit te garanderen of om op zoek te gaan naar nieuwe trainingsvormen.
- Jaarlijks opmaken van de sociale balans.
- Maandelijks cijfers opleveren aan finance over de trainingsuren.
- Aanvragen van subsidies bij het Sociaal Fonds.
- Nauw samenwerken met het HR team i.k.v. trainingen alsook in het kader van Talent Development.
- Je bent een administratieve duizendpoot
- Je kunt goed plannen en organiseren, bent pro-actief en hebt aandacht voor de uitdagingen van de dagelijkse business.
- Je bent leergierig en gaat efficiënt te werk in de administratie.
- Je beschikt over een goede talenkennis (NL/FR/ENG).
- Je hebt een flexibele opstelling en bent bereid om te werken buiten reguliere werktijden (sommige opleidingen vinden bijvoorbeeld na de werkuren plaats).
