**Jobomschrijving**:
Als Learning & Development Officer ziet je takenpakket er als volgt uit:

- Dagelijks verwerken en opvolgen van trainingen
- Plannen en organiseren van interne en externe trainingen
- Administratieve verwerking van alle afgelopen trainingen in de training database, cruciaal deel voor interne - & externe audits
- Maandelijks evaluatie maken van de afgelopen trainingen d.m.v. uitsturen & registeren van evaluatie documenten
- Afspraken maken met leveranciers om hun kwaliteit te garanderen of om op zoek te gaan naar nieuwe trainingsvormen
- Jaarlijks opmaken van de sociale balans
- Maandelijks cijfers opleveren aan finance over de trainingsuren
- Aanvragen van subsidies bij het Sociaal Fonds
- Nauw samenwerken met het HR team

**Jouw profiel**:

- Administratieve duizendpoot, die graag alles netjes op orde heeft
- Zeer accuraat kunnen werken tegen strakke deadlines
- Goed kunnen plannen en organiseren, pro-actief en met aandacht voor de uitdagingen van onze operaties/de dagelijkse business
- Gezonde dosis assertiviteit in combinatie met geduld en diplomatie
- Leergierig zijn in het uitzoeken van efficiëntie in de administratie
- Sterke talenkennis (NL/FR/ENG)
- Flexibele opstelling tov de job, soms starten trainingen ’s avonds of heel vroeg en dan is aanwezigheid gewenst
- Je kan out of the box denken en bouwt mee aan het employer of choice verhaal van het bedrijf.
