Job
Capture the data in the incident management tool
You ensure maximum user satisfaction, working closely with your colleagues.
Act as a single point of contact for the users
Escalate incidents according to the agreed process
Track incident status and inform users regarding status
Profile
You have an IT-related education
Preferably 1-year of experience in an IT-support environment
You know your way in the Windows environment and can resolve network issues
Knowledge of workplace tooling's (O365)
Knowledge of Active Directory
You are customer oriented and have great communication skills
**Must have, languages**: Dutch + French + English
