**Mission**:
CANDRIAM Investors Group plans to expand the specifications of the Charles River system for the Portfolio managers, including risk management and trading table functionality. In addition, the possible integration of new and extended asset management functionalities is under consideration. As a result, the IT Front Office and Risk Management team is currently seeking a functional analyst.
This system upgrade offers an ideal opportunity to join our team as the project covers all existing functionalities, which will allow you to fully familiarise yourself with our environment

**Responsabilities**:
The job consists in being an active member of the IT IMS team for Front to Dealing activities within CANDRIAM. This implies following tasks:
- Direct contact with Front Office users, clearly understand the needs and criticality of the raised request,
- Analyze and describe business process and functionalities and describe target operating model to allow Fund Managers to benefit from Charles River added value.
- This is achieved through a very close collaboration, a good understanding of FO activities and the formalization of business requirements.
- Implementation of business functions
- Combine both functional and technical analysis
- Follow up on technical implementation and development
- Set up and coordination Business testing
- Validation and follow up implementation of solutions
- Write user guides and functional documentation and organize business training
- Report to the responsible of IT investment management
**Profile**:
- University degree / Master
- Good knowledge/understanding of financial world and instruments
- Knowledge of Front Office process
- Good Knowledge of Front Office activities and / or financial instruments - 2-3 years experience in similar function
- analytical capacity and ability to convert business requirements in IT wording and concepts
