We are a leading consulting agency seeking a talented individual to join our client's team as a Business Analyst within the Front Office B2C domain.

**Your Mission**:
As a Business Analyst, your mission will revolve around executing the following activities:

- Ensure the quality of requirement expressions by Product Owners and business units, particularly in the specification and formalization of user stories (acceptance criteria, test cases, etc.).
- Validate the prioritization of needs with Product Owners and business units, coordinating sprints and contributing to the organization of developments.
- Assist and contribute to agile ceremonies (Daily, Review, Demo, Refinement, Retrospective).
- Intervene in projects, planning, and coordinating with other teams.
- Draft functional test documents, ensuring the quality of deliverables by testing developments before handover to the business.
- Support the technical team in development organization (creating datasets, interface mocks, retrieving business inputs).
- Contribute to the operational condition of the IT system by analyzing incident tickets and resolving them.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, conducting impact studies, estimates, planning, and coordination with other teams.

**Your Profile**:

- Proficiency in both English and French.
- Ability to challenge the stability and understanding of business needs, comprehend business and operational challenges in the interest of our clients or the company.
- Functional skills in the energy sector are a plus.
- Technical background for effective communication with development teams.
- Recognized coordination, listening, and communication skills at all levels of the company.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and organized with a desire to work in a team within a human-sized structure.

**Your Skills**:

- Strong analytical and learning abilities in a rich functional domain, capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Project management skills (communication, action tracking, meeting management, etc.).
- Execution of functional tests (verification in databases or logs, testing of web services, etc.).
- Recommended technical proficiency in SQL, SOAP, XML, and REST.
- Proficient use of JIRA, Confluence (Atlassian suite).
- Required skills in user experience (UX).
