**What can you expect?**
As a **Logistics Support Officer **at Sensolus, you provide support to colleagues and users in terms of Customer Support.
Logistics:
- You are responsible for stock management and guarantee optimal stock levels of the company's (technical) material.
- You manage the incoming hardware and take care of all associated administration.
- You prepare worldwide shipments.
- You contact suppliers and transporters to discuss prices, complaints, requests, transport times.
Support:
- You carry out the technical procedures to prepare ICT hardware for sale. Such as updating the hardware with a computer program or opening the hardware to make minor technical adjustments.
- You travel to end users to check or optimize the Sensolus hardware.
**What do we expect?**
- You preferably have a degree in a technical direction.
- You are handy and you can think in a solution-oriented way.
- You know the basic programs of the computer and the internet well.
- You have a driving license B.
- You have a real 'hands-on' mentality and can work both independently and in a team.
- You have a preference for varied work.
- You can express yourself fluently in English. Dutch is a plus, but not an obligation.
