Jouw bestemming?
Om ons Finance Departement te versterken, zijn we voor Controlling op zoek naar een Business Controller (M/V).
Jouw vluchtinstructies
- Je werkt mee aan de maandelijkse afsluiting, het provisieproces, analyse en rapportering van de resultatenrekening.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de andere departementen voor wat opstellen van budget
- Je werkt mee aan het opstellen van de kwartaal vooruitzichten (forecasts)
- Je geeft ondersteuning bij het uitstippelen van het 5-jaarlijks businessplan
- Je optimaliseert de opvolgingsprocedures en kostbeheersing van een departement
- Je stelt financiële analyses op, business cases en biedt proactief financiële ondersteuning bij grote bedrijfsprojecten of in het selecteren van nieuwe commerciële partners
- Je rapporteert aan de Finance Business Partner verantwoordelijk voor jouw departement
Jouw paspoort
- Je hebt een Master diploma Economie of Finance of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in controlling (audit, financiële of business controle).
- Je vindt je weg in ERP en budget systemen
- Je kunt efficiënt werken in reporting systemen en in MS Excel
- Je hebt uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en getuigt van kritische zin
- Je bent communicatief (verbaal en schriftelijk) en interageert op een comfortabele manier met anderen
- Je bent planmatig, je werkt op een onafhankelijke manier en je houdt je strikt aan vastgestelde deadlines
- Je bent flexibel en je kunt werken met veranderende prioriteiten
- Je handelt sensitieve en vertrouwelijke zaken op een professionele manier
- Je bent assertief en diplomatisch
- Je beheerst het Nederlands of het Frans. Je hebt een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal en het Engels.
