**What does a CPO do at Codit?**:
You have an eye for assessing needs and will develop and execute HR strategies to create a safe and productive working environment where the people of Codit can thrive.

Through strategic leadership and HR advice, you’ll support the organization in all people-related aspects. You’ll also represent the Codit Group internationally as a part of the Codit Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Some of your other responsibilities include:

- **overseeing the talent management process** from recruitment and onboarding to training and development
- **supporting diversity, equity and inclusion **throughout Codit
- **mentoring HR staff **and promoting a learning and development culture
- **monitoring our compliance** with local laws, regulations and best practices
