We’re Oisoi Studio, a VR-focused media company reimagining how art is created and experienced. Our latest project is an immersive digital platform where artists can create, showcase, and interact within a virtual world. Designed for VR, web, desktop, and mobile, it serves as a hub where art meets community, commerce, and cutting-edge technology. This platform aims to empower creators by offering innovative tools for artistic expression while fostering engagement with audiences worldwide.

As we prepare to launch, we’re looking for a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to define and execute a bold and transformative strategy. This role is about more than marketing—it’s about building a movement. We need someone who can craft a cultural phenomenon that resonates deeply with artists, audiences, and brands, creating excitement and a sense of urgency around our platform.

The CMO will spearhead efforts to establish our platform as a global brand that empowers artists and captivates audiences. Drawing inspiration from existing platforms like YouTube, Roblox, marketplaces like Etsy, portfolio sites like Behance, and cultural icons like MTV in its prime—as well as the envisioned virtual worlds in novels like _Ready Player One_—you’ll develop strategies that celebrate creativity and foster a dynamic community. You will be responsible for creating a compelling brand narrative, ensuring our platform becomes a must-visit destination for artists and art lovers alike.

Your focus will be on growth and retention: driving user acquisition, building initiatives that elevate artists, and forging partnerships that expand our reach. By designing exclusive experiences, crafting innovative campaigns, and integrating cross-platform strategies, you’ll ensure our platform captures the imagination of creators and audiences alike. You’ll also work closely with our team to leverage emerging technologies and ensure our platform leads the industry in innovation.

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of building movements, not just campaigns. Ideally, you’ve led marketing efforts for platforms or entertainment brands where you’ve empowered creators and driven meaningful engagement. You understand the dynamics of creator and viewer ecosystems, have a keen eye for cultural trends, and know how to transform a vision into a global success. You’ll be someone who can connect with artists, understand their needs, and create opportunities that amplify their work while growing the community.

- Promote VR as a core value proposition for creators and audiences.
- Extensive experience with digital channels (paid social, search, display, programmatic, mobile-first content).
- Build tailored marketing funnels for a VR-first, two-sided marketplace, driving subscriptions and mobile engagement.
- Deep understanding of VR creators and audience dynamics; skilled in targeted messaging for adoption and retention.

**Retention Metrics and Optimization**
- Develop retention strategies using cohort analysis, churn metrics, and lifecycle marketing.
- Focus on customer loyalty, user retention, and boosting lifetime value (LTV).
- Retain VR creators and audiences by emphasizing mobile engagement and cross-platform accessibility.
- Highlight VR as the creative foundation while ensuring seamless consumption across platforms.
