Nous cherchons un barman compétent et sympa pour s'occuper de la gestion de notre guinguette Jardin Cambre Si tu as de l'expérience en tant que bar manager et que tu es passionné par les boissons, nous aimerions te rencontrer.
En tant que Bar Manager, tu seras responsable de la gestion des équipes, de leur formation, du planning et de transmettre les infos par rapport aux nécessités de recrutement. Tu seras également responsable de la préparation des boissons, de servir les clients, de maintenir l'inventaire et de garder le bar propre et organisé. Tu dois être capable de travailler sous pression, d'avoir une bonne communication avec les clients et l'équipe et de maintenir un environnement de travail sûr et propre.

Les exigences comprennent une expérience antérieure en tant que Manager, une connaissance des boissons et des mélanges, savoir parler anglais et français et/ou néerlandais, d'excellentes compétences en communication et une flexibilité pour travailler les soirs, les week-ends et les jours fériés.
