We are looking for a Project Manager

Working as part of Capgemini’s Project Management team in Belgium delivering services to our corporate clients. you will undertake management of projects. An individual responsible for driving delivery of deliverables and interdependencies in an optimized manner to obtain benefits from managing them individually.

The role is client facing and may also require you to contribute to the development and deployment of project related processes.
- Manages overall projects and cross-dependencies in programs.
- Leads the successful delivery of projects to their final project/program. objectives, in close collaboration with the business (change) manager.
- Directs project team members and manages their activities to meet project objectives.
- Resolves resource constraints and/or conflicts that affect multiple projects (within the program).
- Aligns organization/strategic direction that affects project goals and objectives.
- Resolves issues and change management within a standard governance structure.
- Escalates risk management to handle issues and take corrective measures.
- Monitors the progress of project components to ensure overall goals, schedule, budget, and benefits of the projects are achieved.
- Manages and coordinates Stakeholder communication.
- Provides visibility to project dashboard.
- Runs health checks on a weekly basis to ensure the project is (PMx) compliant.

Customer/Supplier Relationship
- Drive actions that minimize disruption to our customer’s environments.
- Establish credibility with the client, delivery teams and 3rd party suppliers - experience in working within SLA mindset.

Requirements:

- Min of 5 years experience as a Project Manager
- Exp with (Systems) infrastructure projects
- Fluent in Dutch or French and english is a must
- Understand the client’s business and the impact of Delivery or changes you manage on their environment.
- Have strong knowledge of customer’s contractual requirements.
