Als Network Specialist speel je een sleutelrol in het bouwen en optimaliseren van het netwerk voor een vooruitstrevend communicatiebedrijf. Wees de expert voor klanten, leid spannende projecten en neem de leiding bij VoIP-installaties en netwerkopbouw.
Network Specialist - The Role
Je neemt technische problemen over die niet door Level 1 opgelost kunnen worden, en lost ze zelfstandig op met onze cloudgebaseerde monitoringtools. Je monitort installaties en apparatuur op klantlocaties (zoals hotels, campings, ziekenhuizen en zorgcentra) door heel België, Luxemburg en Nederland, waarbij je regelmatig tussen de verschillende sites reist.
Je configureert switches voorafgaand aan installaties en schrijft duidelijke documentatie voor integratie
- en supportteams.
Je biedt remote ondersteuning aan on-site technici en installateurs en werkt dagelijks samen met Level 2 en 3 teams van het moederbedrijf om nieuwe modellen te integreren en bestaande oplossingen te optimaliseren.
Je volgt hardware-updates op de voet, beoordeelt de impact op integratie en werkt samen met belangrijke klanten aan specifieke projecten in samenwerking met ons sales team.
Network Specialist - The Profile
Hoger onderwijs of universitaire graad in IT of telecom, met minstens 3 jaar ervaring in het vakgebied. Goede kennis van netwerken en telecomomgevingen (glasvezel, switching, routing, VLAN, enz.) en WiFi (access points, controllers, authenticatie, captive portal, enz.).
Nauwkeurig, leergierig, goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een echte teamspeler.
Vloeiend in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
