Take up the role as scrum master within the team. - **Resource Management**: Manage team resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization. - **Performance Management**: Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and foster professional growth and development within the team. - **Technical Expertise**: Make sure technical guidance and support to the team is provided, in close cooperation with the Senior Developers/Tech Lead. - **Code Review and Quality Assurance**: Ensure together with the Tech Lead coding standards are met and implement quality assurance practices to maintain high software quality. **Skills and experience** - A seasoned background with 5-7+ years in software development. - Experience in management and leading the agile process. - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is a plus. - The team works with technologies such as.NET, PHP, React,... Experience within these languages is a plus, not a must. - Proven leadership skills from similar role, with an ambition for further professional growth. - Strong understanding of team dynamics, software engineering and the agile process. - Exceptional decision-making skills, effective communication, and a strategic outlook on software development. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. - Proficiency in English.
