**Your Mission**
- Lead functional analysis for major IT projects, ensuring clear requirements and robust design.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to transform business needs into actionable user stories and functional specifications.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage backlogs from initiation through to production release.
- Coordinate and support development teams, ensuring smooth communication across all stakeholders.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, up to date, and aligned with project objectives.
- Oversee release management and incident resolution in complex IT environments.
**What You Bring**
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 20+ years of proven experience in functional analysis and IT project leadership.
- Strong expertise in Agile (Scrum, Kanban), UML, BPMN, and use case writing.
- Demonstrated experience leading Agile teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Professional Scrum Master certification with successful experience facilitating Agile projects.
- Solid knowledge of Java, Spring, Hibernate, Junit, SQL, LOG4J, JSON, Rest, Git.
- Experience with cloud-based projects is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and align teams.

In terms of non-technical competencies, ABAKUS IT-SOLUTIONS hires dynamic persons, open to the world, interested by innovation and having a keen sense of client relationship.
A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are open to new starters.
