**VOTRE EQUIPE**

Vous rejoignez le département HR et plus particulièrement l'équipe Internal communication composée de 2 personnes.

**VOTRE MISSION**
- élaborer des plans de communication interne et les mettre en oeuvre afin de soutenir la déclinaison des objectifs stratégiques de NRB
- contribuer à des projets transversaux de l'équipe HR, apporter un support et des idées créatives à notre démarche d'employer branding (en interne et en externe)
- rédiger du contenu pour les différents canaux de communication internes, concevoir et mettre à jour les supports de communication, animer les communautés
- organiser des événements internes pour le personnel (réunions du personnel, lunch & learn sessions, événements conviviaux...)

**VOTRE PROFIL**
- Niveau bachelier ou master en communication, langues romanes ou germaniques ou orientation équivalente
- Expérience de minimum 5 ans dans une fonction similaire
- Excellente connaissance du français et niveau opérationnel en néerlandais et anglais (min B2)
- Capacité de formuler d’une manière simple et compréhensible des concepts parfois complexes, esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
- Maitrise des différentes techniques de rédaction (journalistique, web, etc.)
- Team-player, capacité à travailler sur des projets transversaux et à apporter du conseil et du support à vos collègues
- Expérience en outils bureautiques et collaboratifs : PowerPoint avancé, SharePoint, Teams...
- Aptitudes relationnelles, autonomie, bonne gestion des priorités, sens pratique, dynamisme
