- Door jouw expertise en kennis in te zetten zal je ons gamma aan producten kunnen ontwikkelen en afstemmen op de markt. Zowel intern als extern detecteer je de noden en vertaal je deze naar smart processen en producten. Dit in samenwerking met onze sales, marketing en het team van preventieadviseurs psychosociale aspecten._
- Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:_
- _Kennis opbouwen van ons bestaande productaanbod en bepalen hoe we dat aanbod best inzetten;_
- _Updaten van content en procedures conform de wetgeving;_
- _Continu bestaande processen en documenten verbeteren en deze implementeren in het team;_
- _Aanspreekpunt van het team preventieadviseurs voor moeilijke dossiers;_
- _Opleiding, coaching en inhoudelijke begeleiding voorzien voor collega’s en nieuwe medewerkers;_
- _Vinger aan de pols houden waar de noden van de klant zich situeren;_
- _Je rapporteert aan de directeur risicobeheersing._

- _Houder van het aanvullend diploma preventieadviseur in de psychosociale aspecten_
- _Minstens 10 jaar of meer ervaring in het _vakdomein_
