**Functie omschrijving**:
Als Projectmanager Technieken bij MULTI.engineering ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en succesvol uitvoeren van projecten in HVAC en elektriciteit. Je vertegenwoordigt de bouwheer en zorgt ervoor dat alle technische aspecten van het project voldoen aan de hoogste standaarden. Je werkt nauw samen met een team van professionals om te zorgen voor een naadloze integratie van alle technische systemen.
**Kernverantwoordelijkheden**:
- Je leidt projecten vanaf de initiële fase tot de oplevering, met bijzondere aandacht voor HVAC- en elektrische installaties.
- Je beheert de projectplanning en budgetten.
- Je zorgt voor de naleving van relevante regelgeving en standaarden.
- Je communiceert en onderhandelt met stakeholders, waaronder opdrachtgevers, aannemers en leveranciers.
- Je houdt toezicht op de kwaliteit van het werk en het oplossen van technische problemen.
**Functie eisen**:
**Wat wij vragen**:
- Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma in een technische richting (bv. Elektrotechniek)
- Je beschikt over mínimaal 5 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement binnen de technische sector, idealiter met ervaring in de vertegenwoordiging van de bouwheer.
- Je hebt een uitgebreide kennis van HVAC-systemen en elektrische installaties.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatievaardigheden in Nederlands.
- Je kan je vlot verplaatsen naar Brussel.
