**Mission**: As member of our beOps (Belgian Operations) Trade & Documentation team, you will manage the full documentation of our road, sea and air shipments in an optimized manner, towards our customers worldwide (> 110 countries). **Key Accountabilities** As the beOps Trade & Documentation employee, you will create all transport and customer delivery related documents. This concerns the following documents: - Transport documentation - Country/Customer specific documentation - Sanitary (FAVV) & other certificates - Customs **Who are we looking for?** - You have a Bachelor or Master degree (Preferably in Logistics Management or International Trade) or you have a working experience in Logistics. - You can speak fluently English, Dutch and French (any other language is a plus). - You have good MS Office skills and SAP skills are a plus. - You have following soft skills: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Stress-resistant as you need to manage accumulated workload and requests from customers. - You are very organized: since this position is administratively complex. **Why would you join Puratos?** You will be welcomed in a dynamic work environment where passion for innovation, team spirit and continuous improvement are key.
