**What will you do**
Your duties consist of:
- Accepting and registering the telephone orders in the SAP ordering system ;
- Following up and checking the written orders entered by the team in Budapest ;
- Informing customers when they have questions about their order;
- Follow up the deliveries in cooperation with the transport companies and the warehouses ;
- Registering, analyzing and assigning complaints related to quality, transport, invoicing, service, etc. ;
- Act as a liaison between the customer and the field service.
**Preferred qualifications**
- Bachelor degree (direction Trade, Secretariat, Marketing,...) or equivalent through experience.
- Excellent knowledge of French and Dutch. English is a plus.
- Good computer skills - good command of the most common Microsoft packages (Windows, Outlook, Excel,...). Aptitude for quickly learning new software.
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
- Quick-witted, eager to learn, enthusiastic, sense of initiative and responsibility.
