**Introduction**:
One of our clients has launched a major 300M€ programme called Integrated Network Management (iNM) for the digitalisation of its core functions. This consists of the complete replacement of the Air Traffic Flow Management Systems.

The consultant will be tasked by the iNM Business Manager but will also be required to work closely with the Lead Enterprise Architect in regard to process and tooling. The consultant will be supported by team members but should be able to work independently as much as feasible.

**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:

- University studies of at least 4 years with a specialisation in aeronautical engineering, system engineering, computer science, business analysis or comparable qualification;
- Proven experience in:

- User requirements capture for complex system-of-systems architectures;
- Business analysis;
- Experience in:

- Technical papers maintenance, such as user documentation related to software engineering, testing, and system operations;
- Procedural and technical information development for technical and non-technical end-users through researching, writing, editing, and reviewing the existing content;
- Experience on complex change programmes/projects;
- Experience in relevant roles;
- Ability to work in a multinational and multicultural environment;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Communication: ability to foster two-way communication;
- Result focus: ability to ensure achievement of shared goals;
- Decision-making: ability to make decisions based on balanced arguments;
- Professional conduct in line with the corporate behaviours of the Agency, i.e., result-driven, readiness to change, customer focus, integrity, and team-player approach;
- Thorough proficiency in English (oral/written).

**Desirable**:

- Hands-on experience/a certification or equivalent in the air traffic management (ATM) domain;
- A professional certification in business analysis and/or requirements management;
- Experience with Jira or equivalent tools for requirements management;
- Knowledge of Spanish or Polish language.

**Duties/role**:

- Developing business architecture;
- Writing Service (User/Stakeholder) Requirements and other documentation as needed such as User Manuals, Concept of Operations (CONOPS), Standard Operation Procedures/Guidelines (SOP/SOG) describing the current organisation, functions, processes, and requirements for IT capabilities to support the business architecture (the information is to be gathered from current operational experts and existing legacy documentation);
- Supporting the Testing team during site acceptance test (SAT) and user acceptance test (UAT) execution.
