**Jobinhoud**:

- Voor een sterk groeiende speler zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een extra collega op het departement _**Industrial Projects**_. Je fungeert als _**account verantwoordelijke**_ _naar andere _**interne diensten**_ _zoals de afdelingen transport, douane, CFS,en anderzijds ook naar _**externe partners**_ _zoals transporteurs, terminals,. Werk je graag _**resultaatgericht**_? En ben je daarnaast ook _**commercieel**_ _ingesteld? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou Verder bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:_
- Je behandelt **operationele exportdossiers** van A-Z mbt projects en events
- Je ziet erop toe dat de prestaties voorzien worden in de offerte en onderneemt indien nodig actie om dit aan te passen
- Je staat in voor het **evalueren van de klantenmarge** en geeft feedback aan de teamleader bij problemen
- Je kan extra opportuniteiten identificeren binnen een dossier (bv extra diensten aanbieden, )

**Wie zoeken we**:

- Je hebt een hoger diploma logistiek management of al enkele jaren ervaring als expediteur mbt projects
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis NL en ENG
- Je bent communicatief en klantgericht
- Je bent verantwoordelijk en neemt problemen aan wanneer deze zich voordoen
- Je werkt graag in teamverband
- Je bent resultaatgericht en hebt een commerciële flair.
