Als Communication Manager Insurance ben jij de creatieve kracht achter het team. Samen zetten jullie klantbeleving volledig op z’n kop. Je missie? Impactvolle communicatieplannen creëren die Belfius Verzekeringen positioneren. Je werkt nauw samen met het marketingteam om strategische doelen om te zetten naar inspirerende communicatie die écht resoneert met onze verschillende doelgroepen. Jouw campagnes laten onze klanten een onvergetelijke ervaring beleven.
**De job in een notendop**
Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie en klantervaring rond de verzekeringsproducten van Belfius voor alle klantensegmenten. Op al onze kanalen, maar vooral online, weet jij onze visie te vertalen naar het juiste publiek.
Je belangrijkste taak? Een communicatieplan en klantenervaring neerzetten die de marketingdoelen én klantwensen perfect matcht. Jij daagt de norm uit en drijft verandering in elke fase, van planning tot evaluatie van je campagnes.
Een typische werkdag:
- Je vertaalt strategische behoeften van Belfius Verzekeringen naar een helder, concreet communicatieplan.
- Je coördineert elke stap van je campagnes, waarbij je samenwerkt met designers, copywriters, en webmasters..
- Je spot kansen en pakt proactief elke mogelijkheid om klantbeleving te verbeteren. Jouw ideeën komen tot leven dankzij uw proactieve energie.
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:
- Je een bachelor
- of masterdiploma hebt én al enige ervaring in communicatie.
- Je passie hebt voor communicatie, digitaal, branding en klantbeleving.
- Je creatief denkt en durft buiten de lijntjes te kleuren.
- Je gestructureerd werkt en je deadlines serieus neemt.
- Je initiatief neemt en het aandurft om marketing en andere stakeholders uit te dagen. Samen willen we tot een innovatief positioneringsplan komen.
- Je houdt van teamwork en iedereen weet te motiveren.
Bonuspunten als:
- Je tweetalig bent (Frans/Nederlands).
- Je zelfstandig bent en al wat kennis hebt over verzekeringen of klantbeleving.
