Je hebt:

- Hogere opleiding (Master of Bachelor) met technische/engineering achtergrond of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Aantoonbare ervaring in technische omgevingen waarbinnen de projecten zich situeren.
- Communicatie
- en klantgericht, bij voorkeur door aantoonbare voorbereiding/training.
- Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in infrastructuurprojecten of ontwikkelingsprojecten
- waarvan mínimaal 5 jaar ervaring in het leiden en begeleiden van projecten met totaalbudgetten van minimum 1000 K EUR.
- Capaciteit om meerdere individuele projecten te overzien, en de inhoudelijke verbanden tussen de diverse projecten te sturen en optimaliseren
- Projectbeheerstechnieken en tools kunnen hanteren (risicobeheer, issuebeheer, financieel beheer,)
- Kennis van MS Project, MS Office (zoals PowerPoint, Excel,).
- Kennis van ITIL.
- Zeer goede kennis van de terminologie, organisatie, rollen en processen van de PM methodologie (bijv. Prince-2,PMI, PMBOK Scrum, SAFe,), bij voorkeur aangetoond door certificatie. In staat zijn om ter zake expert kennis over te dragen
- Sterke schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden waaronder sterke pro-actieve rapporteringskills
- Taalvereiste: Nederlandstalig op Europees CEFR-niveau C2

De projectleider zal worden ingezet bij verschillende projecten binnen de ICT afdeling van ANB. Als Projectleider wordt je ingezet op verschillende aan elkaar parallel lopende programma's en projecten en zal je afhankelijk van het project de scrum master en/of product owner proxy rol dienen te vervullen.
Als scrum master / projectleider
- organiseer je meerdere scrum teams in parallel met elkaar
- organiseer je de scrum van scrums
- doe je aan resource planning over projecten heen
- bewaak je de programma backlog en plaats je user stories op de backlog van de verschillende scrum teams
- heb je ervaring met people management
- ben je waakzaam op efficiënte werking en optimale samenwerking binnen het projectteam en met de verschillende project stakeholders
- zorg je voor degelijke rapportering van voortgang, status, probleempunten, risico’s,
- hanteer je zonder problemen diverse Projectbeheerstechnieken en tools (risicobeheer,

issuebeheer,)

Hiertoe heb je kennis of ervaring met:

- realisatie van IT-projecten
- de gebruikte technologie-stack (of gelijkaardige stacks)
- projectmanagement van complexe, zelf ontwikkelde toepassingen
- MS Project,
- de terminologie, organisatie, rollen en processen van de PM methodologie. Je kan deze pragmatisch toepassen binnen de ANB context.

- ervaring met het werken met Atlassian-suite: JIRA, Confluence en Tempo,...
- enige ervaring met het lezen en interpreteren van diagrammen en modellen in Enterprise Architect is aanbevolen
