Our client is a main provider of software developing services in the transport industry, based in Brussels with offices close to a main railway station.

**Functieomschrijving**:
**You will provide general administrative and IT Project support to our client’s Management Team.**
- You will act as a point of contact for all kinds of questions regarding the team : presences and absences, current projects, etc...;
- You will organize various meetings (SteerCo’s, IT project meetings, etc...) both virtually and physically, managing the documentation and making it available to the participants, drawing up meeting reports,....

**You will support the IT Project Managers working within the team**:

- You will keep the project schedule(s) up-to-date by scheduling follow-up meetings with the responsible IT PM’s and monitoring status reporting;
- You will prepare quotations based on the input of the IT PM’s:

- You will collect financial information about the different projects, making this information available to the IT PM’s;
- You will provide monthly project reporting to the various stakeholders;
- You will support the IT PM’s for the post-calculation of the projects;
- You will provide support in the timely administrative follow-up regarding timesheets, project management, etc..

**Vereiste ervaring**:

- You have a **bachelor's degree **in administration, finance, ICT,or you’re **equivalent through relevant professional experience**;
- You have **some experience in a similar position**, or you’re eager to start in such position as a junior;
- You get energy from building and maintaining positive relationships with various internal and external stakeholders, and you can easily adapt your communication in function of your interlocutor;
- You can inform all stakeholders in a transparent, clear and efficient way;
- You take initiative, you are solution-oriented and you like to work autonomously;
- Having experience with budget monitoring/analysis is a nice plus;
- You are **fluent in Dutch, French and English**.
