Together with the sales team you position B4P in the international market of innovative companies. You outline a marketing strategy with a sustainable and inspiring vision, create brand awareness and represent B4Plastics both online and offline. You present B4P in a unique way, participate as an ambassador in events and qualify attractive assignments. Internal teams can also come to you with their marketing questions. **Your role?**: - Enthusiastic. You believe that bioplastics is the only way forward and make fossil habits feel very old-fashioned. You work (semi-)activistically on the climate solution instead of the problem and know how to inspire others. - Versatile. One moment you are working strategically on a marketing plan, the next moment you are speaking enthusiastically to the press or a piece of top communication flows from your pen. - Can do. You are always looking for new marketing opportunities, know how to convince leads and clients with your captivating texts, improve findability and the way to B4Plastics and make a statement with every trade fair participation. **Who are you?**: - You call yourself a PR and green rebel on your way to the bio-economy. - You juggle with (bio)words to the point of hypnosis, in English and in Dutch - You have an eye for color and style and "package the message" in an attractive way. - With clever hacks, you know how to surprise the Goliaths like David. - You take both internal and external partners in tow. - You cope well with deadlines and last-minute changes and occasionally work weekends or evenings. - You have a bachelor's or master's degree in communications or marketing with at least 5 years of experience in content and digital marketing. **Who are we?**: **What do we offer?** A professional and above average innovative environment with leading global partners selling world-new products.
