En tant qu' Accounting & Finance Executive, vous jouerez une rôle essentiel à la bonne gestion et à la stratégie financière d’Hexeko. Vous épaulerez une collègue senior et contribuerez à la bonne exécution des procédures comptables, relatives à la trésorerie et à la fiscalité.

**En votre qualité de Accounting & Finance Executive, nous compterons sur vous pour**:

- **Comptabilité**:_
- S’assurer que la comptabilité soit constamment à jour
- Réaliser l’encodage de factures et des extraits bancaires
- Participer à la clôture des comptes trimestriels et annuels
- Analyser les retours des clients et remonter les points à l’équipe technique
- Identifier les points d’amélioration et faire des suggestions pour faire évoluer la structure et l’organisation d’Hexeko (mise en place de nouveaux logiciels, amélioration/création de nouveaux process,)
- Collaborer avec les équipes techniques et supports pour participer à l’amélioration des processus
- **Finance**:_
- _S’assurer du suivi de la trésorerie et des exécutions des virements_
- _S’assurer du suivi des investissements_
- Participer à l’élaboration du reporting financier (à destination de notre actionnaire principal, conseil d’administration, etc.)

- Minimum **3 ans d’études supérieures** (ou expérience équivalente) en comptabilité
- Vous avez une **première expérience dans une fonction similaire**:

- Vous avez un esprit **empathique, serein, analytique** et vous aimez travailler en équipe
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec les ordinateurs et la technologie en général
- Vous êtes **autonome, méthodique et rigoureux**:

- Prendre des initiatives est dans votre caractère
- Vous parlez couramment le français - l’anglais est un plus
