**Description de l'annonce**:
- Opmaak van het klantendossier van A tot Z om een correcte payroll voor onze uitzendkrachten en een correcte facturatie voor onze klanten te garanderen.
- Opstelling van standaardcontracten (facturatiecoëfficiënten, bonussen, enz.)
- Het gebruik van Daoust Connect (ons intern facturatiesysteem) en e-facturering aanmoedigen
- Voltooiing (zo nodig aanpassing) van de door de arbeidsbureaus opgestelde contracten
- Behandelen van vragen (vragen, klachten) van klanten over hun facturen
- Behandeling van specifieke factureringsverzoeken
Kortom jij biedt een doorgegeven dienstverlening aan onze klanten.
**Votre profil**:
- Een eerste ervaring in customer servicie, payroll of HR administratie is een groot pluspunt
- Sterk in het verwerken van gegevens, cijfers en prestaties
- Je hebt oog voor detail, werk graag nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
- De nodige aandacht voor sociale wetgeving en procedures
- Je bent goed georganiseerd en stressbestendig
- Je werkt graag in team, je bent sociaal en communicatief
